Dedicated Event Consulting and Support

Each service option consists of one experienced Greater Giving Event Consultant that will engage in one fundraising event.

You don’t have to learn the system alone! We’ll train you and your staff, You will be allocated a dedicated CSM who offers one-on-one training for you and your staff. They will be able to assist you from the build of your site right through to post event reporting.

Onsite Event Services

Your organization can utilize the experience and skills of our onsite event staff to make your next event a success. 

Our onsite team will work with you to determine your organization’s specific needs  on the night and define how we can best support you to maximize fundraising potential.

  • Arrive at your event 1.5 hours prior to event registration
  • Set up and Auction registration and card readers
  • Train volunteers/staff on check in service 
  • Train volunteers/staff on bidding software for use at the event
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
  • Event check-out
